Successful offshore installation completed at Fieldlab Westvoorne 🌬️⚡
Last Wednesday, the offshore installation of our floating wind turbine at Fieldlab Green Economy Westvoorne was successfully completed. This marks a proud milestone for the entire Touchwind team and an important step forward in the development of our innovative technology.
The floating turbine is already generating valuable data that will help improve our models and accelerate the development of our technology.
This project also represents a significant milestone for the Dutch offshore sector: it is the first floating installation of a downwind wind turbine with a tilted rotor in the Netherlands. An achievement that demonstrates the strength and collaborative power of the Netherlands’ offshore innovation ecosystem.
